TAILOR

Maybe one of the world's oldest professions, tailoring is still very much a cottage industry in many parts of Africa. This tailor in Monkey Bay, Malawi, is using a treadle-operated Singer sewing machine. He was sitting on the veranda of his store front and evidently had plenty of business (note the new shoes).
